专利说明:
description The invention relates to self-supporting vehicle cabins, in particular of ATV off-road vehicles. The known vehicle cabs comprise a front part, a roof part, a rear part and doors for opening. The front part is glazed and has a windscreen wiper (spray nozzle on request). The front part is fastened to the protective frame with the help of holders, locks or conventional fasteners or sheet metal frames on the circumference of the glass. The roof part is made of hard polyethylene or sheet metal, with the option of a roof window for ventilation (on request) and is attached to the protective frame of the vehicle with the help of screws or locks. Vehicles are also known in which the roof part consists of soft PVC film and is attached to the protective frame of the vehicle with the aid of fastening straps. The rear part is fixed or can be opened and consists either of safety glass or of soft PVC foil, whereby it is attached to the protective frame of the chassis. If the rear part is made of safety glass, it is attached to the protective frame of the vehicle with the help of brackets, locks or sheet metal frames on the perimeter of the protective frame of the vehicle chassis. The rear part made of PVC film includes a viewing window for the driver and is attached to the protective frame of the vehicle with the help of fastening straps. The doors are either made of hard polyethylene or sheet metal with a glass viewing window for the driver or of soft PVC film with viewing windows on the left and right. The doors are attached to the protective frame of the vehicle using conventional fasteners. A disadvantage of the known vehicle structures on which the cabin is fastened is that the front part, the roof part and the rear part as well as the doors are fastened to the protective frame of the vehicle, which is often complicated. This results in increased production costs. In general, no construction is known that has been designed and built to meet the homologation requirements for operation on roads. From US patent 6,149,228 a modular cabin is known which is intended for metal vehicles and consists of an assemblable / demountable frame which is attached to a wheeled vehicle. A glazed front part, a rear part of the cabin and a roof part are attached to this modular frame by means of a further metal frame. A left and a right opening door are also fastened to the defined modular frame, for the fastening of which to the modular frame a center column of the frame is added, to which the door hinges and the rear part of the door are fastened. Disadvantages of this construction are the considerable complexity, the large number of construction elements that are necessary for the creation and assembly of the modular frame and the considerable production costs resulting therefrom. From the CZ utility model No. 021992 a vehicle cabin is known in which the front part and the rear part are attached to the vehicle frame by means of a steel push rod, and the rear part and the front part are attached to the roof part by fasteners. This solution also requires the presence of the vehicle frame and is complicated in terms of production. It is the object of the invention to eliminate the known disadvantages of vehicle cabins in ATV vehicles. The problem posed is achieved by the features of claim 1. The basis of the invention is that it comprises an interconnected front plastic panel, a roof plastic panel and a rear plastic panel, which form a self-supporting structure, wherein the front plastic panel is attached to the front mounting module of the vehicle, and the rear plastic panel on is attached rear mounting module of the vehicle, where the front mounting module and the rear mounting module are firmly connected to the support frame of the vehicle. According to a preferred embodiment, the front plastic panel comprises a Front connecting rod with front threaded inserts, via which the front plastic panel is fastened to the front brackets, which are fastened to the front fastening module of the vehicle support frame, by means of connecting steel screws. The rear plastic panel comprises a rear connecting rod with rear threaded inserts, via which the rear plastic panel is fastened by steel screws to the rear steel bracket, which is fastened to the rear fastening module of the vehicle support frame. The advantage of the invention is the absence of the cabin support frame and thus also of the fastening mechanism on this frame. Another advantage is the quick installation of the assembled cabin on the original mounting modules of the vehicle. Another advantage lies in the sophisticated design of the plastic parts that form a self-supporting structure of the cabin after the connection, which is sufficiently spacious, light and robust to meet the homologation requirements for operation on roads up to a speed of 90 km / h is. The invention is explained in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. The figures show: [0011] FIG. 1 the view of the self-supporting cabin attached to the off-road vehicle, [0012] FIG. 2 the view of the separately mounted cabin, Fig. 3 shows the view of individual panels of the cabin and Figure 4 shows the bottom view of the front plastic panel. The self-supporting demountable cabin 100 comprises a front plastic panel 1, a roof plastic panel 2 and a rear plastic panel 3 which fit into one another and are fastened with fastening means as follows. Panels 1, 2 and 3 are made of ABS plastic and were made by vacuum forming ABS plastic. The panels 1, 2 and 3 are fastened to the support frame 22 of the vehicle 30 by means of a rear fastening module 13 and a front fastening module 14 which are part of the vehicle 30 (FIG. 1). The joint connection of the plastic parts 1, 2 and 3 was carried out in the adjacent edge parts 4 of the front plastic panel 1, the edge parts 5 and 6 of the roof plastic panel 2 and the edge part 7 of the rear plastic panel 3, with individual panels in the edge parts 4, 5, 6 and 7 are connected with connecting means (screws) (Fig. 3). On the underside 1.1 of the front plastic panel 1 (Fig. 4) 2 front metal connecting rods 9 are welded. These front metal connecting rods 9 are provided with 8 front threaded inserts 9.1, via which the front plastic panel 1 is fastened to the front holders 11 and 12 with steel screws 9.2. The holders 11 and 12 are on the front fastening module 14 of the support frame 22 of the vehicle 30 with steel screws 12.1. and 11.1 attached. A rear metal connecting rod 8, which is provided with rear threaded inserts 8.1, is also welded to the rear plastic panel 3 on its underside 3.1. Via the rear threaded inserts 8.1, the rear plastic panel 3 is fastened via steel screws 8.2 to the rear steel holder 10, which is fastened to the rear fastening module 13 of the support frame 22 of the vehicle 30 via steel screws 10.1. The front brackets 11 and 12 are shaped in such a way that they perfectly match the shape of the front plastic panel 1 as well as the front fastening module 14. The rear holder 10 is also shaped in such a way that it perfectly matches the shape of the rear plastic panel 3 and the rear fastening module 13. The connection between the rear bracket 10 and the rear fastening module 13 and the connection between the front brackets 11 and 12 and the front fastening module 13 must be strong enough to withstand the loads that are required for the homologation of the cabin 100 for operation on roads , whereby they have to carry load forces associated with operation on roads. The front plastic panel 1 is equipped with a glued, laminated, hardened windshield 15 with homologation marking for operation on roads. The laminated, hardened windshield 15 is supplemented by an integrated windshield heater in order to ensure rapid dehumidification and defrosting of the windshield. The front plastic panel 1 is also provided with a windshield wiper 16 and a Spray nozzle 17 equipped. The position and parameters of the windshield wiper 16 and the spray nozzle 17 are designed according to the parameters for the approval of the cabin for operation on roads. The control of the windshield wiper and the spray nozzle is arranged on the handlebar 21 of the vehicle within the driver's reach. The rear plastic panel 3 is equipped with a hinged window 18 made of tempered glass with homologation marking for operation on roads, which is attached to two hinges 19. The rear hinged window 18 is secured with two handles 20. The design and materials of the cabin were chosen to achieve the required structural strength and the lowest possible weight of the cabin so that the weight does not exceed the permissible load of the original front mounting module 14 and the original rear mounting module 13 of the vehicle 30.
